Learning materials
Everything we use at our meetings and recommendations for resources, collected in one place - so you can keep learning on your own.
Lesson handouts
Lessons we use at our meetings. We distribute the first 3 chapters from the books „Nė dienos be lietuvių kalbos“ and „Pažiūrėk! Paklausyk! Pasakyk!“. We can highly recommend those books for your studies.
Nothing here yet - we’re still gathering these. Check back in a while, or just ask at a meeting.

Books and other resources
Books we keep coming back to and recommend for studying on your own.
„Nė dienos be lietuvių kalbos“
Beginner coursebook that takes you from zero to A2 and prepares you for the first-category state language exam. Very good for beginners: full coverage of grammar topics and a variety of exercises for dialogue, writing and games. The instructions are Lithuanian-only, so it is harder to start with - it suits people who already know some basics, or working with a teacher.
„Pažiūrėk! Paklausyk! Pasakyk!“
Beginner coursebook focused on extra practice through video and listening; the videos are available online. Very good for practising listening and improving your pronunciation.
Some of this was made by our volunteers; the rest we gathered because it’s openly available and genuinely useful. If something here is yours and you’d rather we took it down, just write to contacts@kalbakartu.lt.
